Free play

Tap Arcade provides browser games for personal entertainment without a purchase or player account in this release. You may access and play the games through the official site. Ordinary browser loading and caching needed for play are permitted. This does not grant ownership of the games or a general right to redistribute their files.

Gameplay videos, streams and screenshots

You may capture, post and stream your own gameplay, including on channels that receive advertising revenue, subscriptions or voluntary viewer support. Credit “Tap Arcade” and link to taparcade.app in the description, profile or stream information where practical. You may show the logo as part of that credited coverage. Keep any third-party music or platform restrictions in mind; this permission covers only rights that Tap Arcade can grant.

You must not present yourself as Tap Arcade, imply an official partnership without permission, or distribute a playable copy as part of your content.

Reproduction and other reuse

Game code, original visual material, audio and branding are reserved to Tap Arcade and their respective rightsholders, to the extent protected by applicable law. Hosting a copy, distributing game files, selling or licensing copies, packaging the games in another product, or separately reusing artwork, audio or branding requires prior permission unless a separate licence or applicable law provides otherwise. Third-party and open-source material remains subject to its own licence terms. Nothing here removes rights you have under those licences or mandatory law.

For reuse permission or a rights concern, email tap.arcade.games@gmail.com. Include the relevant material or link and explain your intended use or concern.

Fair play and rooms

Use appropriate display names. Do not impersonate others, harass players, interfere with other sessions, exploit vulnerabilities against the service or send automated traffic that disrupts availability. A Mini Invasion invite grants access to that shared room, so share it carefully. The host must remain connected; rooms can end when the host leaves or when the session expires.

Games and outside platforms

These are entertainment games. RADAR uses simplified geography, ship behaviour and traffic; it is not a navigation tool, training certification or source of operational advice. Twitch and TikTok are separate services. Playing on the website does not itself connect you to a Twitch or TikTok stream, and live audience controls depend on the particular stream edition.

Availability and responsibility

We may improve, change or withdraw features. Games and multiplayer sessions may have interruptions, bugs or lost local progress. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent retention of scores. To the extent permitted by law, the games are provided as available, without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
